What determines the price
- Distance: per-km differences between city and long-distance towing.
- Vehicle type: car, light commercial vehicle, minibus or motorhome.
- Time and day: surcharges may apply at night, at weekends and on public holidays.
- Recovery difficulty: ditches, mud or post-accident recovery require extra work.
- Motorway and bridge tolls.
- Local tariffs: in some metropolitan cities towing prices are set by the transport authority (UKOME); check the current tariff with the municipality.
How to protect yourself from the cost
If you are not a member, the app lets you get fixed-price offers in advance from nearby tow trucks, compare them and choose – no surprise bill. Members pay nothing for covered services.

Towing is to the nearest partner garage, up to 50 km. Once an allowance is used up, members get further services at a member discount. Prices include VAT; details are in the plan terms.
