You can delete your account and personal data in the Yolyardim and Yolyardim Partner apps at any time.
In the app or on the website
- Log in.
- Open Delete my account at the bottom of My account (direct link: yolyardim.com/hesabimi-sil).
- Enter your password and confirm.
Customer accounts are deleted immediately. Partner and driver accounts are processed within 30 days because of open payouts and contracts.
Without logging in
Email info@yolyardim.com from your registered address with the subject “Account deletion”, or send “Delete my account” via WhatsApp to +90 532 133 36 90. Processed within 30 days.
Deleted
- Name, email, phone, address
- Vehicle and location data
- Chat messages and photos, request descriptions and photos
- Notification settings and device data
Retained
- Invoice, payment and accounting records for the statutory periods (up to 10 years) without your personal details.
- If a help request is open, the account can be deleted once it is completed.
Deleting only some data
You can request deletion of specific data (e.g. location history, photos) by email without deleting your account.
