After an accident in Turkey: step by step

1. Safety: hazard lights, warning triangle, get passengers to a safe place.
2. If anyone is injured, call 112. For accidents with injuries or disputes, call the police/gendarmerie (155/156).
3. Take photos: positions of the vehicles, damage, number plates and the surroundings.
4. Accident report: for accidents with damage only, the parties can fill in the report form together.
5. Inform your insurer and keep the documents.
6. Towing: if the car can’t be driven, choose “Towing” in the app and tick “Accident”; you can add photos.

With a membership, a replacement car and hotel after an accident are included for up to 1 replacement car/hotel cases per year.
